West Virginia Bikers (westvirginiabikersride.com) is a free information service for motorcycle riders. We publish routes, a directory of businesses, and a calendar of events happening around West Virginia. We are not a travel agency, a tour operator, an event organizer, or a booking service.

Routes we publish are a guide, not a guarantee. Roads change, conditions change, and GPX data can be wrong. Weather, surface quality, closures, traffic, wildlife and your own ability are yours to assess on the day, every day.
Riding a motorcycle carries inherent risk of serious injury or death. We do not verify or warrant the accuracy, safety or legality of any route, map, GPX file, elevation figure, mileage or ride time published here. You ride at your own risk.
Directory listings are a service to riders. We are not affiliated with the businesses listed, and we do not warrant their hours, prices, services, availability, quality or condition. Details change and places close. Confirm directly with a business before you ride out of your way. A listing is not an endorsement, and any dealings you have with a business are between you and them.
The same applies to events. We list community events as a service. We are not the organizer, we are not affiliated with any club or organization, and we do not verify or endorse any event. Participation is at your own risk, and event details should be confirmed with the organizer.
Motorcycle-Friendly Certified indicates a business has met our own published criteria at the time of assessment. It is our opinion, not a warranty of any kind, and it can be withdrawn.

Riders can rate directory listings. Ratings are collected against an email address which we do not verify. We publish an average only once a listing has three or more ratings. We may remove ratings we believe to be fake, malicious or duplicated, at our discretion.
We link to organizer pages, business websites, mapping services and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.
The routes, written descriptions, photography, branding and site design are ours or used with permission. You may share links freely. Please do not copy substantial portions of our content for commercial use without asking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Virginia Bikers and its owners are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your use of this site, from any route, listing or event published here, or from any interaction with any business, organizer or rider you find through it.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
